I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to THINK & BELIEVE that who I am is the thoughts I have about myself and my life in my mind.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that when I merely follow and BELIEVE the thoughts I have about myself and my life in my mind without even investigating how come they exist/come up and where they come from/how they were created – I am in fact becoming equal to those/such thoughts, missing the opportunity to be anything more/anything else than the thoughts I hold about myself and my life in my mind.

Therefore I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed my own limitation and have created my own self religions wherein I BELIEVE what I THINK even though I did not understand where it comes from and why it comes up.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to participate in my reality/world as the image/personality/persona I THOUGHT and BELIEVED myself to be as what comes up in my mind about myself and my life, within this not seeing or realizing that I am missing the opportunity to be anything else /anything more than what my mind tells me.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to ignore the fact that ‘who I am’ in my mind as my thoughts and beliefs about myself and my life are the result of experiences I had throughout my life and especially in childhood, where I was exposed to the influences of my environment and the people around who, just like everyone else, do not understand what our words and actions effect and impact upon others –
where we are in fact all responsible, and especially the parents, for creating ourselves and each-other based on mental constructs and judgments whereby we miss to VALUE ourselves and each-other as LIFE.

Within this I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to submit to and submerge myself to a system of comparison, competition, judgment, and struggle – wherein I did not value myself as life, thus could not value another as life either, and wherein I constantly attempted to be/feel accepted and appreciated by others ‘liking me’, while I was not even accepting and appreciating myself as life, since I was existing in constant comparison of myself to others and to idea(l)s in my mind influenced by TV and the corporate media with all the images and “values” they serve the human consciousness to keep us all enslaved within the mind, to keep us all fighting, to keep us all competing, to keep us all ‘inferior’ and thus in-fear, to keep us all desiring and seeking everywhere ‘out there’ for more and more and more and yet never being good enough, never having enough –
all the while we disregard completely the part of the world that TRULY has nothing and is left to its own demise to suffer starvation, poverty, war, famine and all the atrocious consequences of a system of polarity, of competition, of survival; a system that is ‘exclusive’ only for those that have the money and thus the power to profit from the system, a system that is not equal to LIFE, as life is all-inclusive which can be seen in the Earth providing for all and the sun shining for all and all of us here breathing the same air, a fact deliberately ignored by those exploiting life in the name of profit as they do not ever consider consequences and the legacy we leave behind for the children to come, but only consider the quick-fix that one can BUY as profit, and thus within such a system the human being is conditioned to only look for a quick-fix and to not consider consequences and outflows and the outcome our existence has on LIFE as a Whole.

Therefore I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed myself to exist within and as a consciousness of ‘quick-fixes’ preoccupied mostly with my ‘inner reality’ which is not even really real but is only the result of my conditioned consciousness and the beliefs, ideas, judgments, fears and desires that I have developed as me throughout my life and especially the formative years of childhood –



And thus I commit myself to assist and support myself and my world, this existence, to realize that consequence exists even when it does not manifest immediately, and that we cannot continue ignoring consequence as the outflows of our actions and inactions, because we will inevitably in the end FACE everything we have accepted and allowed including the consequences/outflows our acceptances and allowances have had and are having on the future of this world, of humanity, of life, of existence.

I commit myself to, as I support myself in educating myself and freeing myself from the conditioned brainwashing of an abuse-system and an ego-consciousness that is killing the ecosystem which is our common home on this common ground that is called Earth, to also support my world and this existence to realize that we’ve been duped by CONsumerism, but mainly we’ve been duped by our education and parenting systems that have not taken responsibility for life, otherwise the world would already be changing to the better and regarding the right to life for ALL living beings, but this is not happening, instead the children become their parents and make new children without having the skills or the understanding that is required in order to STOP the patterns of abuse and to STOP the suffering of life;

And I commit myself to show and expose the harm that is being done unto life through all systems of ‘quick-fixes’ at all levels – health, education, economy – and to show that unless we address the problem at its root there will never be change, and any change is only ever gonna shift the positions of power but never eliminate suffering and fear which is the result of a system of separation that places profit before LIFE.

I commit myself to show and also to apply the realization that: we are so brainwashed to THINK and BELIEVE that this is how things are and have always been that we fail to SEE that there IS another way to live and co-exist here, there IS another way which does Not include exploitation, suffering, abuse and manipulation, there Is a way to take responsibility for LIFE and dignify our existence within and without.

I commit myself to show that the SYSTEM and the WORLD we are facing as humanity is OUR CREATION – and that without the human the system would not exist; and that it is the human that created the system in its image and likeness, and at the same time the system creates the human in its image and likeness, and history is repeating and the cycles of abuse are never-ending and will not end UNLESS WE CHANGE what has become of human nature through the indoctrination of profit-based systems that have locked human consciousness into a polarity system of fear and desire, of Haves and Have-Nots, of ‘superiority’ and ‘inferiority’, deliberately degrading and suppressing the VALUE of LIFE that we all have in common, deliberately demonizing Equality and everyone that stands up to share the obvious common sense that equality is the solutions to our suffering, both within and without.

I commit myself to showing that the human cannot have a positive impact on existence/humanity and cannot manifest the CHANGE we all want to see in the world as long as the human is divided within itself and between each-other, where there are parts of oneself/the world that one will judge as ‘positive’/’superior’ and other parts of oneself/the world that one will judge as ‘negative’/’inferior’, within this in fact separating self from everything that one judge and missing the opportunity to get to an actual understanding of ALL parts of oneself/the world and How it was all formed/created/manifested; I commit myself to show that within this one can see the solution of Equality – where instead of judgment there is understanding, instead of separation and blame there is support and real oneness, as LIFE, as equals of life. 


We all breathe the same air. Let us once and for all stop polluting that which sustains us. Let us embrace ALL of our creation and support ALL to get to an insight and an understanding of what it is we are facing here, as humanity collectively AND as human beings individually.

I commit myself to share the common sense that unless we understand and take responsibility for the PATTERNS of our existence, within and without, we cannot CHANGE for-Real.

Therefore I commit myself to continue walking my Journey to Life and to assist others that I see have the good intention to CHANGE our world and existence for-Real into a place where LIFE is equal to dignity, freedom, support and respect for ALL life – to understand what it will take to break free from the chains of the mind control imposed onto us all and to get together to work on actual solutions to human existence and transcend the ego-consciousness of profit that is actually based in fear (which is where all war and all imposed ‘superiority’ comes from, while neither of it –‘superiority’ or ‘inferiority’– is real from the perspective of life, as both are merely mental constructs utilized to abuse and disempower life).

I commit myself to assist and support myself and others to stop our submission to fear and the constructs of ‘inferiority’ and ‘superiority’ and to get to an acceptance of and agreement the VALUE of LIFE that we all have in common by virtue of being born into this world.

Therefore I support that we must work together as LIFE to manifest a world, an existence, where every and any child born into this world is ensure a life of freedom, dignity, and support to be able to express and expand to one’s utmost potential, within this getting ourselves as humanity to REAL EVOLUTION as LIFE.



At Desteni and the Equal Life Foundation it is shown that Consciousness and Human Nature CAN be understood and taken responsibility for, and that Change within/of human nature, from the inside out, is a necessity in order to change society and our world systems;
and that unless we change our systems to be of life-support and not of profit-support, any advancement we reach will only be for profit and will thus cause harm to life as can already be seen in our world today.

So – if you are serious about ‘Changing the World’ I suggest to investigate the Desteni research and the Right to Life / Human Rights as proposed by the Equal Life Foundation, and to consider that the abuse and suffering in our world as well as the Human Nature that allows this abuse and suffering with all kinds of justifications must be addressed if we are to enter a New Era for Humanity on Earth and manifest an existence that is truly humane.

EVERYTHING you Think & BeLIEve is a LIE –
Why do I say that?

It’s simple:
If we have a look at the creation processes involved in Thinking, which later solidifies into Beliefs and belief-systems, it’s all based on the polarity value-judgments we are exposed to during our formative years.

What do I mean by ‘value-judgments’?
Our entire education/parenting system indoctrinates a VALUE-SYSTEM that tells us that it’s ‘normal’ to create and base our existence on: mental constructs as judgments of ‘good’ and ‘bad’.

And so we ‘evolve’ from the innocence of a child that will embrace everything that crosses its way equally – to a consciousness that is based on polarity (inferiority/superiority, better/worse, higher/lower, more/less, having/not-having etc.), a consciousness thus that forms a concept of self-worth based in COMPARISON.

Within this, ‘good’ and ‘bad’ are no longer the common sense definitions of what is truly good for life and what harms life, but become definitions that serve the ego/consciousness that self becomes, based on the question “What’s in it for me?” / “How do I get My way?”

This Me/My, this Self, is however no longer the Self that came into this world as LIFE, but is already the self-consciousness of a SYSTEM conditioned through control, manipulation, fear and desire – and here it suffices if one looks at how parents deal with parenting = how parents teach their children, and what it is that parents in fact teach.



What all of this means is that human beings growing up in this world are already TOO BRAINWASHED to see the problem, because we exist AS the problem, the problem exists WITHIN how we define ourselves and on what basis we do so.
We do not learn, nor do we teach our children, the VALUE of LIFE.
We do not learn, nor do we teach our children, to VALUE ourselves and each-other as LIFE.

The World SYSTEM as it exists obviously benefits from a human that disregards the value of life (and I mean, how can one value the life in anyone/anything, if one is not even able to value the life within/as oneself?). One can easily ‘blame’ the system for creating a human being that will BUY into the system in the quest for the “values” of consumerism out of fear of being inadequate, not good enough, being left out or missing out etc. Let us not forget however that the SYSTEM as it exists is the result of HUMAN management, of HUMAN interaction, of HUMAN laws and agreements and in essence: of the HUMAN need and desire to control and exploit others for one’s OWN profit/benefit. Take the human out, and the system/world as we know it is no more. Without the human, there is no system. The SYSTEM merely reflects HUMAN NATURE.


So, from the perspective of LIFE:
EVERYTHING we Think and Believe is a LIE, because it is Not Life. If it was life, it would produce a result equal to life, and we would in fact have a world, an existence, where life is safe, where life is honored, where life is respected and supported – ALL life equally.
We don’t have that. Because we are not that. We always get what we give. Therefore we can only get life if we give life.

Now HOW on earth do we do that?

Certainly not by following and succumbing to all those thought processes in the mind, accompanied by feelings and emotions, based on the conditioned belief-systems we were ‘educated’ with – where (in the mind) it’s all about comparison, it’s all about how Me/Myself/I ‘feel’, it’s all about getting what I think/believe I want/need so that I can feel important/special/meaningful/accepted etc. etc.


Dare to look and SEE what goes on in your mind – and Dare to trace your thoughts and feelings and emotions back to their origin, and see what the starting-point of such mechanisms is: you will only find self-interest, you will only find fears and desires (and I mean if you have a look at your desires self-honestly you will see: behind every desire there is a fear. It’s a POLARITY system).

Who would you be without all those ‘voices’ in the mind telling you Who you are, How you are, What you’re supposed to be, What you’re supposed to want; telling you what your value and worth is, plotting ways to get to MORE value and MORE worth but – where is the VALUE of LIFE within all that?

If we are life, would that not be enough? If we are life, would we not simply accept and embrace the value of life within /as ourselves, and every other living being equally?



It is obvious, there is a PROBLEM within our existence. The operative word here being: WITHIN. 
Because self is the creator of reality, self is the origin of this world.

When self is equal to a SYSTEM of abuse/self-interest/profit - then that is what manifests as our world. 
When self is equal to LIFE as dignity, freedom, respect, support - then that is what would manifest as our world.

Looking further into my accepted definitions and judgments in relation to self-worth and value, an interesting point that is often not taken into consideration / is not realized when dealing with superiority/inferiority issues and the point of SELF-WORTH, is the fact that our entire education and parenting system indoctrinates a VALUE-SYSTEM that tells us it’s ‘normal’ to create and value mental polarity constructs based on judgments and ideas of inferiority/superiority, better/worse, higher/lower, more/less, having/not-having etc., within this creating a foundation for the development of a concept of self-worth that is rooted in COMPARISON.


Which means that human beings growing up in this world are already TOO BRAINWASHED to see the problem within that, because we exist AS the problem, the problem exists WITHIN how we define ourselves and on what basis we do so.


We do not learn, nor do we teach our children, the VALUE of LIFE.

We do not learn, nor do we teach our children, to VALUE ourselves and each-other as LIFE.

This is a HUGE problem, as it results to the world as we know it. Human consciousness / human beings are the building blocks of this world and all the systems within/of it. 

The evolution of human consciousness and how human nature was deliberately formed to be gullible and easily manipulated to BUY into the promises of a system that never cared about LIFE but only for PROFIT, can be seen through documentaries like the Century of Self for example and further it can be studied in depth through the educational series published at eqafe.


Dare to Care – 

Dare to See that we Are the problem, and that therefore we must be/become the solution, if this world is to become a place that is truly worthy of life, a place where LIFE is the VALUE and thus where life is honored, where life is safe, where life is protected and supported – ALL life equally.

“I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want, need and desire other people to react in a specific way as a response to the image I present to the world – where I within this have accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that the reactions I may/might trigger within other people defines who I am in the context of my value and worth – where I see and realize that I am basically utilizing my perception of how other people respond and react to and towards the image I present of myself to the world to measure who I am and to gauge my value and worth– and so within this I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to develop a well-grounded understanding of the true nature of personal value in the sense of actually valuing life and real living – in relation to developing and investigating what real living, real expression is and means – but have instead accepted and allowed myself to form an alternate reality as a result of allowing myself to adopt the distorted views that I have been presented with from this external world/reality – without ever questioning or investigating the beliefs, ideas and ideals that I have endorsed in terms of looking at and really live the understanding of how limiting these beliefs are, where I see and realize that the ideals and self-beliefs that I have formed and adopted as a result of the distorted views this external reality promotes are merely just opinions, ideas, beliefs – which means that they are not real, not tangible, not based on what is best for all or even based on any real value what so ever – and yet, I have allowed myself to mold my viewpoint about/of myself according to this.”

383. Redefining ME | What’s Love & Happiness Worth?

...So – when I looked at this ‘feeling’ which became a belief (“I am not loved”) that I was holding onto for most of my teenage years and young adulthood, I realized that I had made some ‘interesting’ conclusions from that one single belief, conclusions that would affect my entire life and the way I feel about myself. For example:
I am not loved therefore I am not worthy of love.
I am not loved therefore I am unworthy.
I am not loved therefore I cannot love myself.
I am not loved therefore I am not allowed to love myself.
I am not loved therefore I am not happy.
I am not loved therefore I am not allowed to be happy.
I cannot be happy unless someone/another loves me.

“I am not loved therefore I am not worthy of love.”

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that I am not loved, based on experiences and judgments in my childhood wherein I compared myself to other children, other families and what I saw on TV.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to hold within myself a definition of me as “I am not loved” and to place my belief and my faith in that/such definition, concluding that I must not be worthy of love, otherwise I would be loved.

Within this I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to have created ideas and imaginations and pictures in my mind about what it means to be loved, based on images and idea(l)s propagated on TV and/or based on what I observed with other children and other families wherein I have judged what I saw as better/more than what I have/experience, without considering that I am not seeing the whole picture of a child/family but only what is being presented to the world as an image of a happy loving family.



“I am not loved therefore I am unworthy.”

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to believe that if/when I am not loved based on what I have defined as “being loved” according to how “love” is being presented through media and the systems of this world including parenting, education/school etc. – then I must be unworthy.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed a definition of myself as “unworthy” based on a feeling/emotion without ever questioning where such feeling/emotion came from.

I forgive myself that I hadn´t allowed myself to investigate the thoughts/judgments/beliefs that led to the creation of such feeling/emotion.

I forgive myself that I hadn´t allowed myself to consider that holding such belief within myself about myself is equal to holding a judgment within myself about myself.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to judge myself as unworthy, no realizing that such judgment comes from comparison and comparison is always based on the norms and ideas that the system indoctrinates which have nothing to do with the value of life as such.

I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to value myself as life and to accept self-worth as me here, as I am here breathing in every moment, therefore if I do not value myself as life how can I be worthy of life?

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to –from this/such self-definition as unworthy- make a quest out of my life for value/worth wherein I´d seek for others o value me and show me that I am worthy, while I myself was not valuing myself or accepting self-worth within and as myself unconditionally.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that within accepting the idea/belief that I am not loved and accepting the judgment within that, thinking that I am unworthy, I have accepted a self-definition as “unworthy” which did not allow me to love myself.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to love myself as life unconditionally, but have instead searched for love and though/believed that I must find love `out there´ as someone/something that will make me feel like I am loved and thus worthy – while I myself was not giving myself the value of life and was not accepting self-worth within and as myself.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to create within my mind the belief that I cannot love myself because I am unworthy or because I am not loved – and to within that seek for value/worth and seek to be loved outside of myself, in separation from myself.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that by holding the belief that “I cannot love myself” I am the one that is not allowing myself to love myself and to live self-worth within and as who I am.

I forgive myself that I hadn´t allowed myself to question the fuzzy logic of my mind consciousness creating such conclusions as “I am not loved therefore I cannot love myself”, and that I hadn´t allowed myself to question the starting-point of such conclusion-belief – because if I had investigated and questioned such belief and the starting-point thereof: I would´ve seen that the starting-point is based in accepted `inferiority´ (=I am not loved therefore I am not worthy of love), and would thus have seen that my hopes/desires to `be worthy´ and `be loved´ have been projections of `superiority´ wherein I thought and believed that if I find someone/something to `love me´ and `make me worthy´ then I can compensate for/remove the `inferiority´ I experienced, without realizing that both polarities consist of and exist as the same ONE polarity-construct, the same trap, within which I am making myself and my worth dependent on external factors and allowing external factors to define me, who I am, and how I experience myself – instead of me taking self-responsibility for who I am and valuing myself as life, in self-worth, unconditionally.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself that I need permission to love myself.
I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to give myself that permission.
I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to make myself subject to others/the system/the world/the mind, instead of taking SELF-responsibility and directive authority as to who I am and how I exist, and whether I am worthy of life or not.


“I am not loved therefore I am not happy.”
“I am not loved therefore I am not allowed to be happy.”

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that when/if I am not loved then I cannot be happy or am not allowed to be happy.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that I was within that creating the condition for myself that: in order for me to be happy, someone (other than me) must love me.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that I was within that creating the condition for myself that: in order for me to be happy, someone (other than me) must give me permission to be happy by making me believe that I am worthy of being happy.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to define happiness as `being loved´ and to thus also form the definition of `unhappiness´ as `not being loved´ - without questioning the implications and consequences of such ideas/beliefs/definitions.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to define happiness/being happy in practical terms in a way that I can live happiness within and as who I am without being dependent on external factors.
I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to live happiness as me.
I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to be happy, based on the accepted idea/belief that “I am not worthy”.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to consider that I am able to `make myself happy´ by living in self-awareness with every breath in every moment in such a way that I value myself as life and everyone else in my world equally = participating in my reality in a way that supports life (both within myself and equally within everyone else in my world) and helps restore the value of life that we have so foolishly abdicated to systems of polarity and fake values



“I cannot be happy unless someone/another loves me.”

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to separate the word `love´ from myself.
I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to separate the word `happiness´ from myself.
I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to separate the word `worth´ from myself.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to project he words `love´ and `happiness´ and `worth´ out there for me to reach/seek/find – not realizing that by projecting these words out there I am separating them from me here and at the same time I am implying and accepting that Me Here is defined within lack of `love´, `happiness´, `worth´.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to consider that by making my `love´, my `happiness´, my `worth´ subject to another/someone/something – I am making Me subject to and thus dependent on another/someone/something.

Within this I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to take self-responsibility to live `love´, `happiness´, `worth´ AS myself, AS who I am, and to Give `love´, `happiness´, `worth´ to myself by Living `love´, `happiness´, `worth´ For Me, within and as who I am with every breath in every moment – instead of waiting/hoping/expecting `love´, `happiness´, `worth´ to be given to me by another/someone/something.




I commit myself to redefining `love´, `happiness´, `worth´ in practical terms equal to Life/living so that I am able to live these words as who I am, within this assisting and supporting myself to (re)establish my value as LIFE.

I commit myself to loving myself practically, within self-support and self-respect.

I commit myself to finding practical ways to make myself happy – and even though I realize that happiness cannot be something permanent until we change the world system in a way that ensures happiness for all life; I also realize that personal happiness can be achieved through self-honest self-appreciation within Living every moment to the best of my ability, not accepting anything less than what is equal to life and thus best for life/all/me.

I commit myself to give myself the permission to live, express and expand, within this assisting and supporting myself to move past my accepted limitations and definitions of polarity/mind – as I realize that within giving myself the permission to live, express and expand: I am assisting and supporting myself and others in my world to live to the full potential each one has/is as life.

I commit myself to valuing myself as life and finding practical ways to live and express self-worth as the value of life that I am, as I realize that if we do not even value ourselves as life for-real we will never be able to manifest a world where life is valued for-real.
