Day 70: Health-Care or Health-Scare?

I was just reading in the paper that in Germany it is not illegal to BRIBE doctors: The pharmaceutical industry may pay doctors to favor certain products when prescribing medicine to patients.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed a world where the basic human needs are controlled by MONEY.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed a world where MONEY is a tool to support profit, self-interest, separation and exploitation - instead of money being a tool of communication that ensures the fair exchange of services and the equal distribution of the resources that our planet earth provides unconditionally for all.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that everything advertised in the current system is in fact only selling ideas in the name profit, abusing the bipolar human nature of fears and desires to create profit for the FEW while the MANY suffer.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the system abuses the fact that the human will only care for its health when FEAR is existent – which indicates that the human does not in any way understand itself as a physical body, but is only approaching the physical through the mental in separation.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the system will use the accepted FEAR that the human exist within, to sell concepts and products with empty promises that the human BUY into out of fear just to have the fear diminish for a moment, while nothing is undertaken to get to the root of the problem to understand the problem, which would be the only way to get to actual solutions in self-responsibility.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that within the current system of profit, health-care is a construct that does not support life, but in fact conditions human beings into abdicating their responsibility and placing hope and faith into systems outside of themselves and thus giving power to such systems that evidently cannot be trusted as they are based on profit –
instead of getting to the self-honesty of ‘man know thyself’ and taking self-responsibility, which would in fact be actual power.

I forgive myself that I’ve accepted and allowed a system where doctors do what they do for money, just like everybody else, yet the human being will place itself trustfully in the hands of doctors and other ‘experts’ – not realizing that such ‘experts’ equally fail to get to the self-honesty of ‘man know thyself’ and thus can hardly really assist and support the human being toward the actual health of a body, mind and spirit in equilibrium.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that in a system based on profit, no one can be trusted.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed myself to place trust and faith in media, science and politics in this world and to then blame media, science and politics for the current condition of the world –
when in fact I as individual have long abdicated my responsibility for life to the systems of profit: as everything I buy in this world is a vote that supports the current system and the world as we know it.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that all science, all research and all knowledge of this world is and has always been motivated and driven by profit to make more profit, and is using and abusing life in the name of profit.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that as long as the human is driven from the inside-out by conditioned fears and desires: the human is gullible and can be controlled through words, pictures and ideas implanted into the world to ensure the further enslavement of the human to remain a slave that keeps the system running.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that as long as science, research, knowledge are driven by profit: no science, no research and no knowledge of this world can be trusted to be what's best for LIFE.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that in a system of inequality, nothing can be trusted - not even the human; because if the human could be trusted, the human would have long stopped accepting the current state of affairs and would have come up with the common sense required to stop all abuse and transform the system into something that is of actual life-support.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to consider that without the human: the system would not exist, nor the world as we know it.

Within this I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand the equal responsibility we all have for What is Here as our reality, our existence, our world.

I forgive myself that I've accepted and allowed a parenting system based in fear and submission which, instead of teaching our children self-responsibility, self-trust, self-honesty and common sense: 'educates' our children based on the same abusive principles of the current system and calls it 'love', when it is in fact fear applied through systems of 'reward' and 'punishment', producing only clones of the parents and thus more slaves to keep the system running and the human race self-destructing.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that no healthy life exists in this world whatsoever, as everything presented in this world is in fact consumerism and bound to the system of profit - and in spite of the promises made for 'longevity', 'health' and 'beauty', the human inevitably DIE and leave behind a legacy that can hardly be called life.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that actual health would imply that the human has a healthy relationship of equality and oneness with itself to begin with: 'Man know thyself' both as a mind AND as a physical body, including the interactions and cause and effect relationships between the mind and the body -

Yet in fact the human is divided within itself and trapped in the mental to such an extent that its very existence causes the abuse, dis-ease and final deterioration of the physical body; regardless of how desperately the human attempts to cover-up the signs of abuse through cosmetic and other 'health-products' presented to the human by the consumerism system because the human BUY into such promises of 'beauty', 'health', 'longevity' in its desperate fear of death and the desire to somehow WIN something and ‘look great’ or ‘feel great’, even if it's just for a moment...




I commit myself to exposing the deception of the current system of PROMISES that are only based in separation, profit-making, exploitation of life in the name of profit.

I commit myself to showing that everything in this world and within how this world system functions is based on profit, and that we have accepted and allowed PROFIT to be placed before life, and LIFE to be abused for profit.

Within this I commit myself to sharing the urgency of understanding and acknowledging our responsibility for What is Here.

I commit myself to showing that in the current system of inequality, only those that support PRO-FIT can be FIT as they will be supported by the system of profit;
and that the system of PROFIT only supports those that are pro-fit and have the money to support the system, disregarding the 2/3 of the population that are left to exist without the bare minimum required for a dignified life on earth.

I commit myself to showing that as long as human nature is accepted as it is without any self-responsibility, and as long as the human is controllable through its accepted fears and obsessive desires: humanity does not stand a chance of any substantial change that would bring forth a world that is best for all.

I commit myself to showing that what is sold and promoted as 'health' in this world is but a cover-up based on empty promises in the name of profit, and that actual health would entail the total re-education of the human being and the establishment of self-honesty within equilibrium of body, mind and spirit:
where our thoughts, words and deeds are no longer divided and unequal due to our tendency to hide in fear and secret desires –

and that when we stop this self-dishonesty and re-align ourselves to life as the actual value: we will get to self-honesty and become beings whose thoughts, words and deeds are no longer congruent, but equal and one in self-integrity as life;
and this will produce a human being that can trust itself and can be trusted with life – a human being that will produce in its image and likeness a world that is best for ALL LIFE.

I commit myself to showing that the only way to self-honesty as life is the realization of self-responsibility in the context of our interconnectedness and thus interdependence as life:
realizing that any and all harm done unto life is in fact done unto self; and what is best for all life is equally best for self.

I commit myself to showing that the only way to practically live self-responsibility is to investigate and realize what we have been existing as and acknowledge the consequences of our way of life for ourselves and the world as a whole; to self-forgive the self-dishonesty, fear and enslavement we have allowed ourselves to exist within; and to re-educate ourselves in common sense to start correcting our accepted human nature into something that is truly free, integral and whole, something that is equal to life and will thus not accept or allow the abuse of life in any way whatsoever.

I commit myself to bringing forth a new world where we accept or allow nothing less than LIFE - for ALL as one as equals.

I commit myself to correcting myself by investigating my fears and desires by which I am able to be controlled from the outside and driven from the inside; and to align myself to life in self-honesty and common sense so that I may be and become the directive principle of myself such that I have the power to change the accepted system from the inside out and be a living example for the fact that this is not only possible but also imperative if humanity is to survive its own consequences.

I commit myself to bringing forth a new world system of equality, where all life is equally cared for in all practical ways, and where not only medicine and health-care, but all professions, can be practiced and applied in a way that in fact support life;
a new system where the only profit that is valid is where ALL LIFE equally profits from any and all systems that we may establish to assist and support us as humanity toward an actual change and transformation of existence into what is best for ALL LIFE.

Day 69: The Evil SPORN of Human Race in SPORT

In the context of the european football league taking place these days, and people asking me about which team I support or which country – I looked at how sport and games has become something that, instead of uniting us as life having fun, is rather supporting the separation we create by defining ourselves through nationality, ethnicity, culture, race, religion, economic systems and everything that goes along with the ‘attributes’ we utilize to create our identity.

Even the fact that we create our identity indicates that it is a construct, it is not in fact real as life.


I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the human nature's addiction to competition we all entertain within: is manifest in the world explicitly within Sport -
where 'the winner takes it all' and the losers 'fall'.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the principle of 'the winner takes it all' - which we all pursue in the darkness of our 'secret mind' where we can be the super-hero that wins every time - is in fact the principle of capitalism that allows for the 'justification' of inequality in the world with atrocious consequences for life.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that there is hardly a difference between the 'games of the slaves' in the roman empire and the current day 'Olympic games': within the roman empire the slaves were submitted to atrocious competitions against each-other just so that the emperor and his companions could be entertained and feel their capital as POWER confirmed - while the current day sport is about the 'entertainment' of the masses to keep them absorbed and preoccupied and to further condition them into indulgence in the energies of competition;

within this I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that competition can only bring few winners and many losers, yet the greatest pleasure as PROFIT goes to the consumerism system of capital as MONEY and to those that have the POWER as MONEY to make the decisions that form and in-form humanity to what it is today in the world as we know it.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see that the word 'Olympic games' is utilized till this day not without a context - where today we have the big corporations that fund the games and win from the games, symbolizing the twelve gods of Olympus in contrast to the millions of slaves as the plain human beings that slave to keep the system running.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the violence and obsessive/possessive behavior that we witness during big sport events in the world is the externalization of the 'secret mind' as the accepted human nature of separation, competition, self-righteousness - where each one is always trying to 'win' at all costs, in spite of the evidence that the MANY are paying with their lives for the FEW to have some ‘pleasure’ for a moment.


I commit myself to showing that sport has lost its innocence, as sport is no longer simply 'games' to have fun and play together, but has become a cruel game of extreme violence, utilized to vent but also to support the suppressed emotions of anger, hatred, spite and vengeance that human beings have been holding onto for eons of time, rooted in the separation of life into 'nations', 'cultures', 'traditions' and other definitions of 'identity' through which one differentiates oneself from another and then fight against each-other in an almost religious fanaticism, 'justifying' the separation and competition as if it were a matter of life and death –
in spite of the evidence that the Earth could feed us ALL to our utmost satisfaction, if we would only care to equally make available and distribute to everyone the fruits of the tree of life that this planet unconditionally provides.

I commit myself to exposing the institution of sport as the current day's sponsor of competition in all its 'expressions': from the inner conflict of the ego seeking to ‘win’ to the external conflicts and wars that has become the 'current affairs' of mankind, where only MONEY ‘wins’ as money has become the ‘current’ that keeps the ‘flow’ of the accepted status quo as if that’s the way life is supposed to be...

I commit myself to stopping competition within myself in all possible ways, letting go of all comparison, and bringing myself back to self-worth as life, accepting myself here as life, and supporting the Desteni movement of bringing forth a new awareness that restores the value of life and shows what real power as life is.

I commit myself to putting an end to the current system of separation, exploitation and abuse of the MANY where only FEW have what is required for a dignified life on earth – and to showing that even those FEW are not in fact living a dignified life because their life is sponsored by the blood of the MANY in this vampire system where we fight for energy while we disregard LIFE.

I commit myself to bringing forth a new way of life that considers all life equally, and to re-educating myself and my world into a new human nature that practically honors life as equal in all possible ways.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see that energy has become the inner-G - the inner god we blindly follow and deify - not realizing that we are merely becoming clones of consciousness like puppets on strings as we follow the patterns of existence that are being passed onto us from those who have gone before us; refusing to see that we keep history repeating as we repeat the same patterns within and without.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the energies we follow as what comes up inside has become the inner god that dictates 'who we are' and what we experience.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to acknowledge that the energetic experiences of thoughts, feelings and emotions as what comes up inside exist within and as polarity, hence there exists in the inner self as the mind no stability, no consistency, no clarity, no self-trust.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that this 'inner god' is not even one's 'own', but is the conditioned result of the impulses one receive from one's environment in the formative years, where one begin to adopt to the world consciousness and integrate the patterns witnessed in one's immediate environment, in relation to which one then start to define oneself.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the self-definition we hold is based on the feedback and value-judgments we are impulsed with in the formative years, as we learn to form mental pictures with definitions and values of 'positive' and 'negative', designed to serve the morality of 'reward' and 'punishment' that our parents treat us with and call it 'love'.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to acknowledge the bipolar nature of energetic experiences and that such energetic experiences are thus no stable foundation from which to assess reality or make decisions and choices.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that we give up the self-trust we exist as in our early years to submit to the bipolar 'morality' of this world as presented to us within the 'reward' and 'punishment' system called 'love' - and from that moment on we start developing the particular 'personal' set of bipolar experiences and value-judgments based on which we start forming an idea and a picture of 'who we are' within our mind, in order to relate to the world consciousness and 'survive' in this world as we know it.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that we follow such energetic experiences as if it were 'god', abdicating our authority and directive principle to the automated mind systems developed in relation to the world consciousness - in spite of the evidence that such energetic experiences are programmed patterns that come up automatically when activated through external stimuli; and thus, even though we think and believe we are following our 'true self' or 'inner god', we are in fact following programmes of stimuli-response patterns just like robots.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that while we develop a fake face that we present to the world (and also to ourselves) as the 'neutral' presentation of 'who we are', we are at the same time seeking for an experience of 'more' towards the 'positive' which we define as 'good' and 'superior' while suppressing and denying the 'negative' within ourselves and the world which we've defined as 'less than' out of fear and accepted 'inferiority'.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that energy exists within and as polarity, and that by following or pursuing the one side polarity, for instance the 'good'/'positive': we are inevitably automatically giving permission for the 'negative'/'bad' to exist; and so we are trapped within polarity, mind-controlled and limited by our own bipolar definitions and value-judgments that create bipolar energetic experiences - instead of seeing things for what they are, calling things by their name, and directing ourselves and our reality in self-honesty and practical common sense.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that energy exists within and as polarity - in spite of the evidence that life is not polarity, as we can see in the example of a child born into this world with no concepts of 'good' and 'bad', 'superiority' and 'inferiority', 'reward' and 'punishment'.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that a child born into this world only relates to the physical polarities of warm/cold, comfort/discomfort, pleasure/pain - while it does not relate to the mental polarities of 'good'/'bad', 'superior'/'inferior', 'right'/'wrong'.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the existence of energy as alternate mind reality indicates that we have lost our innocence as life, we have lost our self-equality and oneness, and have used/abused the mental to apparently 'search for ourselves', to search for our equality and oneness, to search for 'completeness' - instead of the simple realization of 'I am Here' within and as the simplicity of the physical reality.

Within this I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that we are 'seeking for completeness' because we have allowed ourselves to separate ourselves from ourselves; and that the mind is in fact showing us the points of our separation - thus the mind can be utilized as a tool to investigate and understand the HOW of our self-separation, the HOW of our becoming who/what we are today; so that we may 'piece ourselves back together' in self-honesty and self-responsibility, to stand as One as Equal of Life and thus 'complete'.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that a child stands no chance of exploring its nature as life and remain in self-trust as self-directive authority - unless the parent becomes self-aware and starts investigating and purifying the accepted patterns and play-outs of energetic polarities, so that the parent may take back the power abdicated to the automated energy system and be an example of stability, clarity and self-trust.


I commit myself to exposing the bipolar patterns of our world, so that we may see, realize and understand the TRAP of polarity and thus the TRAP of energy.

I commit myself to showing that as long as we are following the 'high' of energy, we are bound to fall to the 'low' of energy - as both exist as One - the Oneness of polarity.

I commit myself to showing that as long as we allow ourselves to seek the 'positive' as an experience of 'more' - we are trapping ourselves in our own projections and miss the actuality of reality in every moment, failing to direct reality to an outcome that will effect what is best for life,

I commit myself to showing that as long as we are preoccupied, consciously or unconsciously, with the pursuit of our self-interest within and as the mind, we are not supporting Life as all as one as equal in consideration of cause and effect in the actuality of the physical reality we all share.

I commit myself to showing that as long as we are trapped in the mental we are not only unable to care for the world as a whole, but also unable to care for our physical bodies, which is in fact that which hosts the mental for a moment between 'life and 'death'.

I commit myself to sharing the consideration that 'eternal life' cannot be achieved through the mental, but only through the physical, as the body returns to the earth and change its form as it amalgamates with the ground, while the mind consciousness evaporates forever more in the one moment of outbreath.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that the mind consciousness needs the body to store memories and experiences as the self-image it holds, and the moment the body is no more in a form that can be used by the mind, the self-consciousness is no more.

I commit myself to showing the paradox of self-consciousness that thinks and believes it is somehow 'superior' to the body, when in fact without the body self-consciousness would not exist - seen in the simple common sense that the planet does not need the human and its consciousness to exist, yet the human and its consciousness require the physical existence.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that unless we stand for life to bring forth what is best for life: we are not equal to life as we abdicate our right to life by placing self-interest as mind before the interest of life as the physical.

I commit myself to letting go of the addiction to energetic experiences – so that I may set myself free from the chains of the bipolar patterns of our existence and walk in simplicity as life in every breath, establishing self-trust and self-honesty as I stand up for life to bring forth an existence that is based on the value of LIFE and thus best for ALL.

Day 67: Puppets on Strings - The Clones of Consciousness

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed a world where we impose onto our children the ´ways of the world´ in spite of the evidence that the ´sins of the fathers´ are not producing a world that is best for life - as we can see in history repeating and the atrocities that are allowed everywhere we look.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed a world where we impose to our children our beliefs, ideas and interpretations of reality, in spite of the evidence that the institutions of ´culture´ and ´tradition´ has failed to produce a world that is best for life, as it has placed the emphasis on our ´differences´ in the name of which we even kill - instead of acknowledging our equality as life and placing life as the highest value.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed a world where we perceive children as ´less than´ us adults, and thus we from the beginning begin imposing our filters of perception and communication onto a child without even making the effort to understand a child in its beingness as life.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed myself to create, accept or allow an alternate reality as the mind, where each one of us hide in the ´secrecy´ of their thoughts, feelings and emotions, believing this has no impact on the world / all our relationships, in spite of the evidence that this is not so as shown through our children that grow up harboring our suppressed desires, fears and judgments.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed a world, an existence, where we deliberately remain oblivious to the consequences we create, as we only seek the momentary satisfaction of our self-interest.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed a world where we deify energy through phantasizing illusions of grandeur, in spite of the evidence that we do not even manage to effectively deal with our own energetic experiences, let alone to deal with the one reality we all share here effectively, making sure that no being needs to suffer.

I commit myself to showing the common sense that the only function energy serves currently is to keep us addicted to our self-interest while we seek to blind ourselves with the ´positive´ just to ´feel good´ for a moment, refusing to see and effectively direct the ´negative´ so that no being needs to suffer in this world.

I commit myself to showing that energy is something we create as ´more than´ us here, something we then follow and reach out for, something apparently ´positive´ we project as a desire, while we fail to even manage our direct sphere of influence in the physical world as we hide in fear of the ´negative´ in ourselves and the world, in site of the evidence that we are the ones creating, accepting and allowing it.

I forgive myself that I haven´t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that our secret thoughts and beliefs manifest our experiences as ´feelings´ and ´emotions´ and to acknowledge the unstable nature of such experiences;
all the while we disregard the actual physical experience that we are enslaving ourselves and each-other into, seen in poverty, starvation, war, famine and all the atrocities we allow on earth while we indulge in the alternate realities of the mind as energy.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepted and allowed a world where we have mentalized our existence to such an extent, that we even see ourselves as a mere picture in our head.

I commit myself to showing to what extent we have detached ourselves from the actuality of reality, where pictures and ideas in our head override the physical reality to such an extent that we not only fail to acknolwedge that 21000 children DIE daily from preventable causes, we also disregard and abuse our own physical bodies (without which our mind consciousness would not exist) for the sake of fulfilling the ideas and pictures we entertain in our heads based on our self-image and self-interest as ego.

Within this I commit myself to sharing the common sense that we as self-consciousness exist as ego in self-interest, which is the reason why we fail to care for our common ground here on earth and produce a world that is best for all life.



I commit myself to showing that we did NOT learn how to deal with our inner experiences and reactions as what comes up within us, we did NOT learn to communicate ourselves or to practically and effectively direct our emotions and feelings, we did NOT learn how to direct our thoughts and use the mind as a tool of self-support, and we did NOT learn how how to manage conflict and communicate with each-other to bring-forth actual solutions that are best for all.

I forgive myself that I´ve accepteed and allowed myself to see conflict as something ‘negative’ – both within (in our inner reality) and without (our external reality) - not realizing that deeming something as ´negative´ is just another way to ´justify´ my accepted inferiority where I would hide in fear, instead of standing-up and investigating conflict to see and realize what it is revealing about our nature and how we can direct conflict so that it does not have to repeat.

I commit myself to showing the common sense of the fact that, when our inner reality is in conflict with our external reality - the world - there is obviously something wrong, something we are not considering.

I commit myself to showing that any reality in the mind that is not equal and one with the external reality - is an illusion.

I commit myself to showing the obvious that in this world, we learn to hide, deny and suppress the ‘negative’, and use the ‘positive’ as cover-up and pretence; thus it is not surprising that the whole idea around Energy has taken such megalomaniac scope that all kinds of ideologies emerged from it, from the old religions to the new age spirituality.

I commit myself to showing that even in religion and spirituality, we find the same basic pattern of Parenting that the child is faced with when beginning to ‘think’ and ‘perceive’: REWARD and PUNISHMENT - yet another bipolar pattern, embedded within a hierarchy of authority: in sprituality we have god(s)/master(s) and followers/disciples, in parenting we have the authority of the parent as god/teacher and the child as the forced follower/pupil.

I commit myself to showing the obvious common sense that  the LOVE of this world as applied in REWARD and PUNISHMENT really does not work - and yet, we even follow such bipolar tactics within ourselves and our own minds, where we reward ourselves and punish ourselves, according to whether we at a given moment judge ourselves as ‘positive’ or ‘negative’.

I commit myself to showing that we define things we ‘desire’ or ‘like’ as ‘positive’ while we define things we ‘fear’ or ‘dislike’ as ‘negative’. We then deny, suppress or hide from the ‘negative’ by overemphasizing the ‘positive’, often to such an extent that we completely blind ourselves to the actuality of reality.

I commit myself to showing that self-consciousness is the mechanism that emerges as the main idea/concept of Self according to the feedback we get from our environment, a mechanism that then filters the reality of the objective world into subjective interpretations ABOUT the world, using polarity to define its subjectivity into ‘positive’ and ‘negative’ attributes, with the tendency to ‘desire’/’seek’ the ‘positive’ and to ‘fear’/’avoid’ the ‘negative’ energetic experience - all the while it is ALL self-created, self-defined.

I commit myself to showing that Consciousness, as that which we define ourselves individually through and as, is never EQUAL to its interpretations of the world/things. Rather, consciousness will look at things as ‘more than’ (‘positive’ / ‘superior’) and ‘less than’ (‘negative’ / ‘inferior’) in relation to itself. And based on this RELATION, it will induce different polarities of thoughts, feelings and emotions to develop a ‘world view’ that will ‘justify’ its existence and ‘explain’ its experience, which implies that consciousness is never responsible for its own experience, which is in fact its own creation, as it attributes its experience on external factors separate from itself, defined in bipolar terms of ‘more than’ / ‘positive’ / ‘superior’ and ‘less than’ / ‘negative’ / ‘inferior’.

I commit myself to showing that such bipolar thoughts, feelings and emotions would then be the STRINGS the drive us, direct us, determine and define us – in separation from ourselves, whereby these STRINGS become completely AUTOMATED and activate when triggered through external stimuli. And what we do is start creating beliefs around such patterns of thought and experience, as we simply follow what comes-up inside without the application of any common sense. We accept that the reaction that come-up inside are ´who we are´ and we never question what creates an experience, a thought, a definition.

I commit myself to showing that we currently exist as PUPPETS on STRINGS - motivated and driven by the stimuli presented to us by the consumerism system which is basically using our fears and desires and the fact that we have no self-directive pricniple as life but merely blindly follow such fers and desires - to keep us addicted and enslaved in the name of profit.

I commit myself to bringing forth a new world system that will not only give equal access, equal money, equal power to ALL LIFE, but will also make all knnowledge and information transparent so that we may all re-educate ourselves and come to understand ourselves, our creation and the consequences we are facing both individually and collectively as humanity.

I commit myself to showing that self-consciousness is based on the codes we have adopted, accepted, allowed or created throughout our lives in unawareness and fear, from the moment we submitted to the world consciousness that was passed onto us by the adults in our environment: the moment we gave up our own expression and self-trust as life and concluded that in order to survive in this world we have to submit to the ‘ways of the world’ as we know it - and that thus nothing of consciousness is ever unique or authentic.

I commit myself to bringing forth a world where we have the freedom to explore and express and dis-cover who we are as life - so that we may break through the chains of consciousness, let go of the accepted limitations and definitions of separatism, and self-realize life to our utmost potential.

Day 66: Puppets on Strings - The Automation of Consciousness as Energy

How is Consciousness Energy?
How is Energy based on Polarity?
Why do we have the idea that Energy is something profound, beautiful or divine?


If we look at how we learn to communicate in this world, how we learn to think and create judgment: it starts at a very young age.
A child is born into this world without words, without thinking, without judgment – yet it communicates intimately with everything around it; no fear, no judgment, no separation.

The parent at some point starts showing pictures to the child and speaking words, and while doing so the tonality of the parent’s voice will signalize and encode an ‘energetic judgment’ in relation to the word/picture, according to how the parent ‘feel’ about it based on their own value-judgments.

The child concludes that unless it starts mimicking and adopting what it receives as input, it cannot produce an output that will be understood in this world. Thus it starts to adopt within and as a survival-mechanism.

So, where the child had a direct communication with the physical world all around it, it now starts adopting filters of perception ABOUT the world.

Within this we can look at consciousness as a meta-level of reality, separated from the actuality of reality and based on individual, cultural, and other interpretations ABOUT reality.

This meta-level is manifest as mental- and emotional-patterns, that we then submerge ourselves to and end-up basing our entire existence on, as if that were the actual reality.

What we ‘feel’ and ‘experience’ is always based on mental interpretations/definitions that we ‘think’, which are categorized on a scale between ‘positive’ and ‘negative’. In other words, what we experience is based on the ideas we develop and the value-judgments we assign to things in our world.

As the child starts imprinting word associations and adopting the adults´ interpretations of the world, it also starts adopting the mental and emotional polarity codes as presented to the child by the adult world.

Energy and energetic experiences is the result of such polarity codes/judgments.
Energy strings would be the lines between singular points that form a relationship, whereby such points can be beings or pictures or words or ideas in the mind.
The energetic experience of such relationships as connection-lines or assiciation-strings is based on how we define ourselves and the other in terms of ‘positive’ and ‘negative’.

In fact, we have mentalized our existence to such an extent, that we even see ourselves as a mere picture in our head.


The ‘fascinating’ thing about ‘energy’ is that we don’t see it, yet we have come to fantasize about it and make of it something profound, beautiful or divine. Why is that?

If we look at how we exist individually and within the context of our relationships, we will see that there are certain fundamental  things that we did NOT learn how to deal with:
We did NOT learn how to deal with our inner experiences and reactions as what comes up within us, we did NOT learn to communicate ourselves or to practically and effectively direct our emotions and feelings, we did NOT learn how to direct our thoughts and use the mind as a tool of self-support, we did NOT learn how how to manage conflict and communicate with each-other to bring-forth actual solutions that are best for all.

Conflict is seen as something ‘negative’ – both within (in our inner reality) and without (our external reality). More often than not, even these two realities seem to be in conflict.
How can we have two “realities” in conflict? How come the inner and the outer reality are incongruent?


What we DO learn to do, as shown to us by the adult world, is to hide, deny and suppress the ‘negative’, and use the ‘positive’ as cover-up and pretence.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the whole idea around Energy has taken such megalomaniac scope that all kinds of ideologies emerged from it, from the old religions to the new age spirituality.

Day 65: Till the End of Time – Eternity in Every Moment

What would the world look like if each one of us were aware of one's interconnectedness with life as a whole and thus aware of the effect / outflow / consequence of one's existence into the whole?

What would the world look like if each one of us in every moment would speak and interact in ways such that: if one would extend each moment to the end of times, one would be able to look oneself in the eye and face everyone involved with no regret, no shame, no guilt?

I commit myself to showing that self-honesty entails becoming aware of who we are and what we have become in the context of the whole/world; realizing that our actions as well as our inaction has an effect on the whole/world.

I commit myself to showing that once we realize self-honesty, we have no choice but to forgive the self-dishonesty, let go of all fear and patterns of separation, and re-align ourselves and our participation to be such that every thought, word and deed is in consideration and regard of what's best for all life.

I forgive myself that I haven't yet allowed myself to be the directive principle of myself in every moment and to make my decisions from the starting-point of eternity instead of from the starting-point of getting a momentary satisfaction of ego.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the ego is the bipolar self-consciousness we become as reflected in our thoughts, feelings and emotions that come up in cycles of patterns as we react in preprogrammed ways in different situations with different people according to the accepted self-definitions and conditioned value-judgments we have adopted/accepted in the past.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that we cannot acknowledge the actuality of reality if we look at reality through the filters of our conditioned past experience and past definitions.

I commit myself to showing that the ego is always about the polarity games of 'winning' / 'losing, 'superiority' / 'inferiority' - and thus the ego is all about "me" and will refuse to consider life as a whole and take responsibility for life.

I commit myself to showing the simple test each one is able to apply in every moment to make sure that one's participation and self-application is in the interest of life as all as one:

Will I be able to stand at the end of time and face myself and all that are involved knowing that I have, based on my understanding in this moment, acted in the best interest of all to support life?

Or will I find that I have merely acted to serve my self-interest, following my fears and desires, disregarding the outflows / effects / consequences that such preprogrammed behavior has on myself and everyone involved?

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that if we are not creating in self-honest self-awareness as life in the context of a whole that should be equally valued as life: then we are creating in unawareness and self-dishonesty from the starting-point of our conditioned self-interest, and are thus merely manifesting consequences for ourselves and everyone else - consequences that will be manifesting in ways that will force us to face ourselves and what we have accepted and allowed.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that the world is what it is due to our individual and collective acceptances and allowances; and that we have been creating our world and manifesting our reality on earth from the starting-point of fear and self-interest rather than from the starting-point of self-realization as creators and in the interest of creation as a whole.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that if we want to bring forth a new world, a creation that is in the best interest of ALL as LIFE - then inevitably we will align ourselves and our interactions to the interest of LIFE as oneness and equality and will make sure that we re-educate and re-form ourselves so that we practically live and apply the principle of equality and oneness as life -

the principle on the basis of which we'd like to build our world to see the change we all wish for as best for all.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the effect / outflow / consequence as the end of any given point is mathematically measurable as equal to the cause / starting-point / intent at its beginning;

and that within that we can see, realize and understand that we are as humanity and individually currently facing the consequences of who we are and what we have allowed through our acceptance of the current system of separation, competition, exploitation, abuse, in the name of profit and self-interest driven by the fear of ego.

I commit myself to sharing the common-sense that in order for us to see in our world the change we all wish for: for life to be honored and supported and for the value of life to be restored as the highest value, equal in all:

we will have to one by one stand-up for life and align ourselves and our participation in this world to life as equality and oneness - and that only when all stand together and acknowledge life as the actual value in all that is here in all practical ways, will life be free to express and expand.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that we cannot wait for others to stand-up and do something to change the atrocious conditions of our world -
Rather, each one must start here and now, with oneself, and be a living example of how a new world and a new way of life is possible.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that we require to find within us the self-will to take responsibility for life, realizing that who we are always has an effect on our world and all our relationships, thus by aligning self to the interest of LIFE, we are also changing the starting-point of our relationships and thus our individual existence has an effect that supports life, as we re-align our stand in the world to be such that it supports life as oneness and equality.

Day 64: Puppets on the Strings of Energy - Stop the Game

I am looking at the invisible strings of enslavement: Consciousness as Energy manifest in the polarity of thoughts, feelings, emotions. In the small/individual as in the big/whole.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that through the projection of our thoughts, feelings and emotions ‘out there’ we create webs of strings that keep us and our world enslaved to power-games for energy.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that - placing self as the starting-point and looking at all one's relationships in the world, drawing lines as strings from point to point, one would see the strings all pulled from all sides - and that it's a constant push and pull game, wherein all participants in essence try to pull in the ‘best for me’ or at least to maintain ‘the balance' -

And therefore in the mind as consciousness robot one is constantly busy keeping the balance, not realizing that one is in fact keeping the patterns going, within and without.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that we have abdicated our creative power to the backchat in the mind, and thus we look at the world through the eyes of the 'secret mind' where ego reigns –

instead of living the courage to look at things directly, straight forward and call things by their name.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that each one is creating their own future, either through directive principle in self-honesty and self-clarity; or through the consequence of unawareness in self-dishonesty by basing decisions in the polarity of the feelings, emotions and thoughts ABOUT points we face and things/people in our worlds.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realize that if I allow myself to make decisions based on the backchat in the mind, I will not be able to trust myself or be confident that the outcome of my decisions will be best for all, because backchat always exists within and as polarity, always assessing self-interest like in a casino, and is thus the trap us human beings have allowed ourselves to be trapped within, out of FEAR.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that allowing oneself to be directed by the backchat in the mind, one is only creating consequence.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that we have allowed FEAR to dictate to us that we apparently need protection walls within ourselves to protect us from ourselves, because we do not dare to investigate the depths of ourselves and take responsibility for the entirety of ourselves.

Within this I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that we exist in fear of ourselves and that is the reason we do not trust others either - hence the ‘need’ to protect ourselves from 'others'; but in fact we are trying to protect ourselves from dis-covering ourselves, because then the self-consciousness that is having this experience of separation, fear and survival anxiety would no longer exist.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the whole reality of consumerism is built on the manipulation of consciousness through the manipulation of thoughts, feelings and emotions. Fascinatingly enough however: the 'abusers' are equally trapped within such patterns of consciousness - because the actual point we are all facing is:
Human Nature.
The human race. The individual. The bigger picture. Who am I? What defines me? What decides? Who do I want to be? Who would I be without fear, without defence-mechanisms, without ego as self-interest, without my preprogrammed reactions to the energetic pulls of the strings...

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fall for energy as it is playing out within relationships in this world - instead of from the beginning standing my ground and finding ways to express my disagreement with 'how things are' in this world in relation to how people (beginning with parents and children) communicate, or should we say fail to communicate, with each-other -- because in fact they fail to communicate with themselves.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the main power-game that is played in all relationships in our world has been that of polarity: that of 'superiority' and 'inferiority', 'domination' and 'submission', 'success' and 'failure' - in essence it's all about power as ego.

Within this I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that we learn to define ourselves according to our relationships: instead of getting to know and trust ourselves, to live in self-honest self-determination, and to create our relationships in awareness - realizing that who I am in every moment shapes who I become and what relationships I create.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that self-clarity is practically defined within me standing stable, here, and not allowing myself or my decisions to be 'pulled' by the strings of consciousness –

but to in fact make my decisions in equality and oneness and make sure that my cause and effect is aligned to what's best for life.

For this, I have to remove the controls, stop pulling at the strings, stop reacting to the strings being pulled from any side - and simply stand my ground and decide who I am and how I can contribute to life through being/becoming the best I can be within the limitations of the current system, placing myself most effectively such that I may support the process of changing the system within and without toward what is best for all life.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand, that only when the pulling of the strings is stopped, will we face ourselves and each-other directly, eye to eye - facing the actuality of reality in self-responsibility and dealing with what we have accepted to become our truth.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the strings of consciousness manifest within and through and our thoughts, feelings and emotions, which are in fact spiralling around the main polarity of fears and desires.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that if I allow myself to make decisions based on the backchat that I entertain in the 'secret chambers' of the mind based on fears and desires - I am not moving self, but am allowing myself to be moved and directed by the mental polarities that play-out in the mind.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to consider that actions and words emerging from the polarity of thoughts, feelings and emotions have an effect on my relationships and thus have an effect on the lives of the people I hold a relationship toward.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that unless we ‘name the game’ very clearly, relationships are being defined through the energetic connections of unspoken backchat that evolve into consciousness strings.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that within and through such consciousness strings we evolve our personality to ‘cope with’ the world – and as we interact through consciousness as personalities only, we never get to know the core of ourselves or of another being beyond the power-games of thoughts, feelings and emotions as the conditioned patterns we are all educated into.

I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to see, realize and understand that in this world the individual is trapped within its own self-consciousness, thrown up and down in cycles of feelings and emotions and cycled around within the respective thoughts of ego as the polarity of fears and desires.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to realize that the structure and function of the web/strings as relationships can be changed, if each one stops the pulling of the strings and take responsibility for the direction of the one point one stands as in the world, to then work together as equals.

I forgive myself that I haven't allowed myself to see, realize and understand that the only way to stop the game, in the smaller/within as well as in the bigger picture, is to stand as equals.

I commit myself to showing that such equality must start with self, wherein one develop and establish the relationship one wants to see for our world: with and within self – as self-honesty, self-forgiveness, self-corrective application, self-responsibility and self-respect.

I commit myself to thus show that if we want to get to the actuality of reality beyond the 'drama' of each one's 'isolation': there is no other way but self-honesty, self-forgiveness, self-acceptance, self-responsibility and self-realization as life – realizing that the value of life is life and that we have to give it to ourselves and each-other in fact.

The patterns within which each one is trapped: exist within everything and everyone. And thus I commit myself to exposing the patterns of our existence, through which we have created the world as we know it.

I commit myself to sharing the way and the common sense of changing ourselves through empowering ourselves in self-honesty as life to take on our own recreation such that the world that emerges as consequence of who we are: is a world that supports all life equally;

a world that will NO longer allow power-games, profit and self-interest (which are all based in fear and separation) to dictate what life is.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that it is our purpose as humanity to make of us the definition of humanity we all in fact agree on, which however is no-where to be seen in the current world system in any way whatsoever.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that in the process of stopping the game, we require to share the urgency of the necessity to stop the game within and without.

I commit myself to sharing the common sense that in the process of stopping the game, we require to design a practical best for all solution that will manifest a system that not only supports all life equally, but also allows life to be/become life;

a system where life is no longer equal to survival, but life is equal to exploring, sharing, re-evaluating, re-educating ourselves and giving ourselves the freedom to determine what will become of humanity and who we will be in the context of life.

I commit myself to showing that this is an existential process we are walking - and that the physical universe can exist without consciousness, while consciousness cannot exist without the physical. Therefore within this, each one determines whether one will be equal to the illusion of the mental fighting for the survival of the ego in self-interest, or whether one will be equal to the actuality of the physical in oneness and equality as life in consideration of the context of life as a whole.
